Absolutely HORRIBLE. Had an appointment for my daughter and I , made for 6:00, they never said they closed at 7:00. Clearly they rushed us through. Never even touched my cuticles. I asked for white nails polish with a little sparkling, well, I ended up with pink polish instead. When I mentioned to please remove some very obvious cuticle on one of my nails she became upset and dismissed me. At the end of this terrible ordeal they handed me a $100.00 bill. The other problem I had is that none of these women speak any English. Basically you have to draw pictures in order to communicate with them.

Fabulous Manicure and Pedicure. My wife and I had Exquisite Mani-Pedis at Nail Central this morning. Nail Central has plenty of Parking as it is located in a nice strip mall next to DeCicco & Sons, a Local Specialty Supermarket. Sue and Ann, our Nail Specialists were Excellent. They are very nice and personable as well as technically proficient with their hands. Reservations are recommended to take advantage of the TLC services they provide. We will be back again and again.

Initially, I entered the salon because someone had told me it was a good salon and they did a good powder manicure. When I left the salon after spending almost $90 in there, my nails were chipping! I went back to see if they could fix my nails. When I went back, there were three women in there and none of them could help me. They said I had to come back when the girl that did my nails came in on Wednesday. Claiming she was the only one could fix powder manicures. The owner’s daughter was there and they told me she couldn’t fix the manicure either. I explained That I just wanted them to fix a couple of nails they refused. They told me to call back when that manicurist was available. That manicurist comes in on Wednesday. So. they sent me away. I came back the next day to see if they would fix these two nails. Upon entering the 2nd time the owner tried to send me away again repeating what the other woman had said, I had to come back when the manicures that did my powder Nails was there. I just simply asked if she could fix the two nails that were chipped. Annoyed she finally said she would try to fix them. She was very rough and very rude and told me to relax. She seemed like she was in a huge rush and wanted to get rid of me, which was very unprofessional. My nails still seem like they need to be fixed, but I will never step foot in that salon again. I don’t recommend that anybody gets a powder manicure in this salon because I came back there twice and I had to pretty much beg for them to fix my nails. As far as the Halloween designs on my nails, they started coming off two days after I left there. And lastly, I told the owner that the girl that did my nails put about 12 coats on each Nails and she was arguing with me about it. I wouldn’t make something like that up so I was pretty disappointed in the whole thing:(
